View Created Edit Activated/Deactivate projects.

Navigate to Projects

"Create new Project, Current Project, Projects List"

What information is shown for each project

Project name                           - Name of the project.
Created                                - At what date is created.
Created By                             - From who is created.
Estimate total cost/currency           - Total estimated budget.
Expenses Accumulated/currency          - Total accumulated expenses.
Acted Customer Price with VAT/currency - Total acted income for project.
profit/currency                        - Difference between `Expenses Accumulated` -`Acted Customer Price with VAT`

On which columns you can filter

Show Non Active Projects
Project Name
Created
Created By

Create New Project

On main screen for Projects Toolbar Icon Create New Project You have to provide following information for the Project

Project Name           - Mandatory name.
Address/Street         - Street address for the project.
Address/City           - City of the project.
Address/State/Province - State/Province of the project.
Postal/ZIP code        - Postal/ZIP Code of the project.
Country                - Country of the project.
GeoLocation            - Can be selected from MAP or entered or used Device ge location to fetch it from there.
Contact Person         - Main contact person for the project.
Client                 - Select client from list of clients.
Consultant             - Law regulation consultant for this project.

View Project Page

On main screen for Projects click on any of the rows with active projects and respective project page will be opened.

Last opened project will be remembered and on next login you will be directed to its page. Or you can click icon Project Home

Edit Project

On main screen for Projects select project and and click Toolbar Icon Edit.

Delete Project

On main screen for Projects select project and and click Toolbar Icon Delete.

Activate/Deactivate Project

This is is used to reduce list of active projects, so you can focus only on currently worked projects. On main screen for Projects select project and and click Toolbar Icon Activate Deactivate projects.
