What is Brickeros?
Building a construction company with 30 employees and hundreds of external suppliers is getting hard. We have decided to put order on all this information flows and make centralized platform for tracking performance indicators of different components of the company as information is provided or consumed.
High level overview of what what business process are covered by Brickeros.
- Each construction project is managed as Brickeros project.
- Customers. For each project you assign customer who will access's and receive information and documents.
- You can have multiple warehouses where you can store/buy/sell materials and track tools locations and conditions.
- Deliverers you an create delivery orders to move materials from one warehouse to another or from project site to project site.
- Reports. Multiple reports for getting better insights for your project and company performance.
- Money Accounts. You can create money accounts to track account balances and payments for goods and services.
- Sales & Purchase Invoices. You can create sales and purchase invoices. Track paid and due dates.
- Workers. Keep worker salaries and time spent on project tasks.
- Access Control. Grant and revoke access to projects and warehouses to authorized accounts to view & edit information.
Structure of Information
Each Account belongs or manages multiple Companies. When You enter new information, delete or update. Company, Project and task statistics will be updated automatically in background process. Which might take some time.
