Items Lost Decommissioned
If you loose item or is no longer in working condition you can track it via this screen. Service purchases can't be decommissioned.
Navigate to Items Lost Decommissioned
"WAREHOUSE" > "ITEMS LOST DECOMMISSIONED"
What information is shown for each Loss item
Location - Project or warehouse location name.
Supplier - Supplier for this item.
Loss - One off Decommissioned, Lost.
Item Name - Item name.
Quantity - Quantity lost
Monetary Value/BGN - Total monetary value for all items lost.
Serial Number - Serial number if present.
Date - Date on which this item is marked as Loss.
Created By - Who marked item as Loss.

Date
Mark Item as loss
When you are decommissioning item you select the purchase item then select what quantity to be decommissioned from it and loss type Lost
for lost or stollen items or Decommissioned
for items no longer in use.
Mark Item as loss in Warehouse.
Navigate to Warehouse "WAREHOUSE" > "Click on Item to be decommissioned."
you will see all purchases and movement histories for this item.
Select any of the purchases which has Quantity On Hand
and click toolbar icon Decommission
New Dialog will show up with following information.
Item Name - Read only. Item name which will be decommissioned.
Item Type - Read only. Item Type. `Services` can't be decommissioned.
Supplier - Read only. From which supplier was this item bought.
Unit Price - Read only. unite price.
Quantity on Hand - Read only. What quantity is available from this item.
Quantity - How many of this item to be decommissioned. Value is capped up to `Quantity on Hand`.
Loss - 'Lost' or 'Decommissioned.'
Mark Item as loss in Project.
Navigate to project PURCHASES
You will see all purchases made on this project.
Select any of the purchases which has Quantity On Hand
and click toolbar icon Decommission
The same dialog as in Mark Item as loss in Warehouse.
which needs to be filled.
Cancel|Delete item marked as Loss
On main screen for "ITEMS LOST DECOMMISSIONED" select decommissioned item and Toolbar Icon Delete
. This will delete record and will return canceled quantity and price to original purchase and will re-calculate project cost or warehouse quantity on hand.
