Project Time Sheets
All workers time against project task is recorded here. Tracking time is required if you want all worker expenses like salaries bonuses or other expenses to be distributed correctly against project expenses.
Distributing worker expenses Each worker can work on multiple projects and multiple tasks per project application will automatically distribute accumulated worker expenses for period when you specify hours for task and project. This is important to get accurate picture on how much each task cost to be completed For more information on Worker One Time Expenses
Navigate to TIME SHEETS
"SELECTED PROJECT" > "TIME SHEETS" tab
What information is shown for each time sheet
Task Name - Task against which time is tracked.
Spent Hours Working - Amount of hours worked for given day against the task.
Date - Date on which work is performed.
Worker Name - Names and email on worker which performed the work.
Created By - User created the record.
On which columns you can filter

Worker Name

Create View Edit Delete Time Sheets

On main screen for Time Sheets Toolbar Icon Add New Time
You will be present with screen where you can select Task In Progress
against which time to be tracked and Users/Workers against which to track time. If you select multiple workers for each one will be added exactly the same amount. You have to fill Date
on which work is performed and Hours spent
for each worker.
View
On main screen for Time Sheets click on any of the Time Sheet rows

Edit
On main screen for Time Sheets click on any of the Time Sheet rows

You can change only Hours spent. If you want to change date or task best is to delete this record and add new time.
Delete
