Aggregate most important project statistics on one page.

Navigate to Project Home

Dropdown "Create New Project, Current Project, Projects List" > "Select Project"

Main tool bar "Project Home" button will open last used project.

Summary section

Stats on summary section are updated automatically when data is entered or deleted into Brickeros.

Budget

Estimated Budget  - Sum of all project tasks budgets.
Total Spent Money - Sum of all project expenses acuminated so far.
Difference        - If value is with '-' means we are over budget if it is positive we are under budget.

Accumulated Items, Services, Labor costs

Items Costs       - Total expenses for all item purchases. = 'Items Reusable' + 'Items Expendable' + 'Items Consumable'.
Services Cost     - Total expenses for Services.
Labor Costs       - Expenses for Labor.
Items Reusable    - Items reusable cost.
Items Expendable  - Items expendable cost.
Items Consumable  - Items Consumable cost.

Hours budget and spent

Estimated Total Hours - Sum for all Budget hours from tasks.
Total Spent Hours     - Sum of All tracked labor hours.
Difference            - If value is with '-' means we are over budget if it is positive we are under budget.

Project Contacts

In this widget you can see and search all participants in the project.

What information is shown

User                   - Name and email of the participant.
Phone                  - Contact phone.
Additional Information - This is free text field which can be used to add extra information for each participant like, specialties for example brick layer, electrician etc.

Burn down chart

Burn down chart represents how many hours of work are left, for all remaining not completed tasks. If you specify for each task Hours budget you will be able to track this parameter. It is usefully to estimate when project will get completed.

What is on the chart

X axis Date - Date on which there was change in hours. Updated when hours on task is updated or task is been completed.
Y axis Hours - Amount of estimated hours remaining.
Deadline     - This vertical line is calculated from all tasks and getting task with latest end date.

Historical spending's

This chart represent accumulated spending's over item purchases and labor cost for the project over time.

What is on the chart

X axis Date - Date on which there was bought new items or payed labor cost.
Y axis money in currency - Accumulated money at that date.
Budget - Horizontal line which shows total sum of budgets of all tasks part of the project.
